We needed a car and were referred by a friend to the Fallon Auto Mall. We knew Bruno and called him. Bruno introduced us to Dave Parkerson. We have 6 kids so taking them all to the dealership was impossible. Dave let me drive the car home to show my husband Kevin. Fallon Auto Mall went out of their way to make it convenient for us and it was very impressive! They were very accommodating to our needs. We are now lifetime customers of Fallon Auto Mall and would recommend them to anyone! We have started a non-profit for children whose families are struggling to meet their medical needs. | I recently communicated with your Service/Parts folks regarding parts for an arm rest on my F350. With their help and patience (along with a couple of parts breakdowns they faxed me) I was able to repair my armrest to almost new conditon. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income this was most important. It's no wonder that we have purchased three vehicles from your dealership and if need be (and the price is affordable) will do so in the future.
