| I recently communicated with your Service/Parts folks regarding parts for an arm rest on my F350. With their help and patience (along with a couple of parts breakdowns they faxed me) I was able to repair my armrest to almost new conditon. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income this was most important. It's no wonder that we have purchased three vehicles from your dealership and if need be (and the price is affordable) will do so in the future. My wife and I live in Victoria, B.C. and we were on on way home through Fallon on March 4th after spending the month of February holidaying in Palm Desert. Our new Lexus vehicle developed some problems on the road the previous day in that the tilting moon roof became inexplicably stuck open and would not retract, no matter what I tried. I saw your dealership as we passed through Fallon and came to the service department with my problem. As you can appreciate, we still had a long way to travel and I wanted to have the problem remedied as quickly as possible so we could continue onward without the worry. I was greeted cordially by your service advisor, Vanessa Lovelien who immediately called for assistance in the person of technician Jaime Kosas. This personable young man quickly commiserated with our problem and set to work to figure it out. He was quite obviously proficient and skillful at what he was doing and when the issue could not be quickly sorted out, he did not give up and was determined to get to the bottom of it. This he successfully did. Before we were on our way, I offered to settle up with him for his time and effort, but he very graciously refused implying that it wasn't necessary under the circumstances. I was surprised and grateful and told him so. It seems so seldom these days, regardless of where we happen to be, to expect such efficient and cordial customer service.
